AUM has specialized in offering Process technologies for various kinds of Phytochemical Extractions. The process involves extraction of the prepared raw-material with one or two solvents. Many times, the material requires a second preparation and is reacted with a chemical, before it is extracted with the second solvent. Some of the processes are complex in nature. the crude extract will be either in an oil based, thick slurry or powder form depending on the type of phytochemicals extracted. The extracted material will be a crude extract which can be purified to a higher concentration for future value addition. The Plant design is totally custom made and depends on the type of material processed.
